Clean Out the Drainage Pipe Under the Road that leads to Camp 4

When it rains heavy, debris is washed into and covers the entry of the drainage pipe that goes under the road and leads to camp 4. When the culvert plugs the water goes over the road and washes away the gravel road base. I have done a preliminary cleaning so it is functional, but a deeper cleaning will ensure continued proper water drainage.
