Clean Up on Old Pecan Tree

There is a small tree growing in the fork of the Large Pecan tree on the north edge of the field, would like to have it removed so it doesn’t mess up this great tree. Not sure what kind of tools you will need to get it out of there. Please do not use any chemicals to kill the tree..
